CANCELLATION POLICY.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled appointment. Guests who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to book another future appointment. That 50% deposit will go towards your future appointment booked here at Studio FRWD.

PAYMENT METHODS & TIPPING.

For services, we only accept payments made with cash or credit/debit.

Tips made be made through Venmo or by cash! If tipping with Venmo, please caption the payment with only an emoj. Cash tips are greatly appreciated!

DISSATISFACTION POLICY.

Here at Studio FRWD we want you to have the best of the best! With that being said, we will provide a change or ‘redo’ within 1 week of performing the original service. If unhappy or something went wrong we want to fix you! However, we are a small business, we DO NOT offer refunds.

HANGOUT POLICY.

Hi Friends! We want to welcome you all to Studio FRWD, however we are a small, quaint salon. Please refrain from bringing any extra bodies to hangout with you during your appointment, as we have very limited seating. Also, keep in mind with kids, we have hottools and chemicals, we want to make sure your baby is SAFE. Arranging a babysitter ahead of time is a great idea, making sure we can give you a relaxing experience!
